Le chef Mattia Chiai

Mattia Chiai est né en Sardaigne, une île italienne connue pour ses riches traditions et son extraordinaire beauté naturelle. Ayant grandi autour de la passion de sa mère et de sa grand-mère pour la cuisine, il s'est rendu compte que sa véritable vocation était de devenir chef, en mettant à l'honneur et en améliorant des ingrédients bruts grâce au mode de préparation et à la transformation.

Depuis qu'il a terminé sa formation culinaire, Mattia a travaillé avec de nombreux chefs renommés dans des restaurants étoilés. Il vient aujourd'hui mettre ses compétences et sa passion au service du Tutto Passa.
